Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
At Cosmokin, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines our cancellation, return, and refund procedures to ensure clarity and transparency for all customers.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may refuse delivery.
- To cancel an order, go to the ‘Orders’ section or contact our Customer Support via email or phone.
- Refunds for prepaid orders (if canceled before shipment) will be processed within 2 business days and credited to the original payment method.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
✅ Return Accepted If:
- Wrong product received
- Defective or damaged product
- Missing parts/accessories
❌ Return Not Accepted If:
- Product damaged due to misuse or overuse
- Missing original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, or accessories
- Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products, etc.)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Tampered serial number or barcode
🚨 Important: Cosmokin does not offer exchanges. Only refunds are processed for eligible returns.
2.2 Return Process & Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Cosmokin will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must cover the return shipping charges.
To initiate a return:
- Mail us at support@cosmokin.com or Go to the ‘Orders’ section and select the product for return.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging and labels.
- A courier will pick up the item within 2-4 business days (if eligible).
2.3 Quality Inspection & Refund Timelines
- After receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-4 business days. If rejected, the product will be sent back to you.
Refund Timelines by Payment Mode:
- Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking: 3-4 business days after refund initiation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer within 3-5 business days (customer must provide bank details via Email).
3. Special Return & Warranty Guidelines
- During promotional campaigns or mega sales, specific return/refund rules may apply. Refer to the campaign terms & conditions.
- Products covered under manufacturer’s warranty must be directly addressed to the manufacturer. Cosmokin does not handle warranty claims unless otherwise stated.
