Since Cosmokin is not a marketplace and sells products directly, this policy clarifies how warranties, repairs, and replacements work for products purchased from Cosmokin.

3. How to Claim Warranty?

If your product is covered under a manufacturer warranty, follow these steps:

Step 3: If the manufacturer requests an invoice or purchase proof, you can download it from your Cosmokin account or request it via support@cosmokin.com.


4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

🚫 Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic defects.
🚫 Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.
🚫 Damage due to water, fire, or electrical surges (unless explicitly covered by warranty).
🚫 Products without valid purchase proof or expired warranty period.


5. Repair & Replacement Options

  • If a product is within the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the item as per their policy.
  • Cosmokin does not provide in-house repairs for products unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
