2. User Eligibility & Registration

2.1. You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform.
2.2. You must provide accurate personal details during registration and keep them updated.
2.3. Multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes are strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership, Risk, and Shipping Responsibilities

3.1. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via reliable courier partners.
3.2. Ownership & Risk: Once a product is delivered successfully, Cosmokin is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Returns

4.1. Accepted Payment Methods: Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4.2. Refund Processing Time: 2-4 business days after return approval; 5-7 business days for funds to reflect.
4.3. Return Window: 7 days from delivery. Non-returnable items include hygiene products and customized items.
4.4. Payment Failures: Issues with payment authorization must be handled directly with your bank or payment provider.

5. Prohibited Activities

🚫 Fraudulent purchases using fake identities.
🚫 False chargebacks after receiving a product.
🚫 Posting misleading product reviews.
🚫 Engaging in hacking, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.

🔹 Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. If you have a return, refund, or order dispute, first contact support@cosmokin.com.
6.2. If unresolved within 7 business days, the issue will be escalated to the Grievance Officer.
6.3. If still unresolved, disputes will be settled via arbitration under the Indian Arbitration Act, 1996.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1. Cosmokin is not liable for any:

✅ Product defects covered under manufacturer warranties.
✅ Shipping delays caused by courier services.
✅ Payment failures processed by third-party gateways.

7.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be settled in Nagpur courts.
