1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Sayurday, excluding public holidays).
  • During high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays), processing times may extend.
  • Customers will be notified via email or SMS in case of significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and link.
  • Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping destination:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days.
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6-10 business days.

🚚 Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service performance, and unforeseen disruptions.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
  • Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a ₹100 flat shipping charge.

6. Failed Delivery & Refunds

  • If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers will be contacted for re-shipment confirmation (additional charges may apply).
  • If re-shipment is not possible, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost within 5-7 business days.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@cosmokin.com.
  • After shipment, cancellations are not possible. Customers must initiate a return after delivery (as per our Return Policy).

9. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Cosmokin will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
