2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been collected by our courier partners.
- If you wish to cancel after dispatch, the order can only be cancelled once received and processed as a return.
- Accepted cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
- You have up to 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return/exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and unwashed, with original packaging, tags, and safety seals intact.
- Products shipped back without original tags or safety seals will not be eligible for return/refund.
